Pure Leadership Institute (PLI) is a Services SETA accredited leadership development institution committed to advancing leadership skills across both educational and private sectors. PLI's primary mission is to cultivate a new generation of African leaders to drive meaningful change and combat poverty through the power of entrepreneurial leadership, aligning with SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 4 (Quality Education).
The Institute aims to empower 100,000 young people by 2030, and has already impacted over 14,000 through a variety of high-impact programs. These programs include school development initiatives for the Department of Basic Education, entrepreneurship training for universities and corporations, and professional development for private sector professionals.
PLI is dedicated to equipping leaders with the tools necessary to navigate the future of business and society, with a focus on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data management, and innovation. By providing this essential knowledge, PLI seeks to liberate Africa from poverty and enable its people to achieve their full potential.
